For the Techwave Walk-in Drive, the company is specifically hiring for the Engineering Stream focused on Telecom Planning and Designing. Unlike typical software jobs, this role requires engineering precision to design network infrastructures.
Selected candidates will work on designing telecom networks (fiber optic, wireless, etc.) using tools like AutoCAD and GIS (Geographic Information Systems). This is a core engineering role suitable for candidates who prefer design and planning over coding.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Trainee at Techwave, your key responsibilities will include:
- Network Design: Planning and designing telecom networks based on client requirements.
- Drafting: Using AutoCAD or similar drafting tools to create technical drawings for fiber/copper networks.
- Analysis: Analyzing field data and survey reports to ensure accurate network planning.
- Collaboration: Coordinating with global teams to ensure designs meet international standards.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of network designs and updates.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Techwave Walk-in Drive, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background:
- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma: Civil, Mechanical, EEE, ECE, CSE, IT.
- Degree: B.Sc (Computers) or B.Com (Computers).
- Pass Out Year: 2023, 2024, and 2025 batches only.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Willingness to work in the Engineering Stream for Telecom Planning and Designing.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts.
- Preferred Skills (Bonus):
