Job Description
Trane Technologies Recruitment 2026 is hiring for the Associate Software Engineer position in Pune. Candidates with a B.E/B.Tech qualification and at least 1 year of software development experience can apply for this software engineering opportunity. Candidates will work with product, design, and engineering teams to build scalable mobile features, integrate backend services, and improve software quality. Roles and Responsibilities
- Mobile Application Development: Contribute to the design and development of React Native mobile applications, building features that are scalable, maintainable, and intuitive.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Code Quality: Participate in code reviews and apply software development best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues across mobile applications and backend integrations.
- Documentation: Assist in documenting technical solutions.
- Knowledge Sharing: Support knowledge sharing across the engineering team.
- Continuous Learning: Learn and apply modern frameworks, tools, and development standards.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and team efficiency.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E/B.Tech qualification.
Experience: 1+ year of software development experience. Experience building or contributing to React Native applications.
