Job Description
QuEST Global, a leading product engineering and lifecycle services company, has announced an off-campus hiring drive for the role of US Recruiter (Fresher). This hiring drive is targeted at fresh graduates from the 2025 and 2026 passout batches holding B.E / B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, or MBA (HR Specialization preferred) degrees. Candidates with excellent English communication skills and a willingness to work in US Night Shift timings are encouraged to apply online.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source: Potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, networking, and employee referrals.
- Review: Engineering and IT resumes to shortlist candidates matching client project requirements.
- Conduct: Initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical abilities, communication skills, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate: Interview schedules between technical panel managers and candidates across US time zones.
- Maintain: Candidate records and tracking status within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Build and nurture: An active talent pipeline for recurring engineering position requirements.
- Follow up: With prospective candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Learn: US employment laws, visa types (H1B, Green Card, OPT, CPT), and US hiring standards.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Graduates from 2025 or 2026 batches holding B.E, B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, or MBA degrees. Candidates with an MBA in Human Resources (HR) are highly preferred.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- High learning agility and ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Strong time-management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Positive attitude and complete willingness to work in US Shift / Night Shift timings.
- Familiarity with job portals or prior HR internship experience is an an added advantage.
