Job Description

UST, a global digital transformation solutions provider, has announced its 2026 Off-Campus Hiring Drive. UST is inviting online applications from talented engineering graduates for the role of Developer I – Embedded Software at its technology center in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Candidates holding B.E / B.Tech degrees with 0 to 2 years of experience (including freshers) skilled in Embedded Systems, C, C++, Python, and RTOS are eligible to apply online as soon as possible.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software applications for hardware platforms including Arduino and Raspberry Pi.
  • Real-Time Implementation: Implement real-time concepts using RTOS frameworks across C, C++, Python, and Java applications.
  • Hardware Design Support: Validate and assist in designing Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for embedded product solutions.
  • Testing & Debugging: Perform functional testing and debugging of hardware-software integration components.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional product development teams to deliver reliable and optimized firmware solutions.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, or allied engineering streams.

Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with strong project work in embedded systems and microcontrollers are highly encouraged to apply.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in C, C++, Python, and Java
  • Sound knowledge of Embedded Systems architecture, Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) concepts, and functional testing
  • Hands-on experience working with microcontrollers and prototyping platforms like Arduino and Raspberry Pi
  • Fundamentals of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design, validation, and testing methodologies
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code adhering to software engineering coding standards
