Job Description
V4C.ai is actively hiring for the profiles of Associate Data Engineer and Associate Data Scientist. This structured entry-level program offers fresh engineering graduates a fantastic gateway into the modern big data, lakehouse architecture, and generative AI ecosystems. Selected candidates will undergo intensive training in Pune, transitioning into a full-time remote setup thereafter.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Undergo dedicated, structured training sessions in modern cloud data engineering architectures, Databricks workflows, and industry-standard best practices.
- Collaborate actively with senior platform engineers and data architects to assist in designing, developing, and auditing automated data pipelines.
- Work systematically with enterprise-scale real-world datasets and cloud-based platforms to extract insights and build scalable processing units.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Recent B.E / B.Tech graduates specializing in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Data Science, or AI/ML streams. Exclusive to students from the graduating 2026 batch.
Experience: Freshers. Available to join immediately for the onboarding and training process.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Familiarity or foundational programming knowledge in Python, SQL, or related data logic languages.
Competencies:
- Strong structural analytical and mathematical problem-solving skills.
- Strong willingness to work out of the physical Pune office location during the initial corporate internship/training timeline.
