Your primary focus will be on supporting Newness Level 1 projects—applying standard designs and existing rules to ensure high-quality output. You will act as a support pillar for senior engineers, managing technical documentation and data analysis to drive informed decision-making. This role is designed for those who have a strong foundation in engineering principles and a desire to work within established design processes. You will be encouraged to adhere to Valeo’s digitalization roadmap, utilizing modern tools to maintain efficiency while identifying areas for continuous process improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Support: Support senior engineers in the execution of standard engineering projects (Newness Level 1).
- Documentation: Create and maintain high-accuracy technical documentation, including design specifications and test reports.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on technical data to support team decision-making.
- Process Adherence: Apply established Discipline design processes and methodologies consistently.
- Resource Management: Maintain budget awareness and strive for optimal resource utilization within the assigned scope.
- Digitalization: Adhere to the Digitalization Roadmap by using designated software tools for engineering tasks.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline.
Experience: Freshers (Open to 2026 batch and recent graduates).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
