Job Description

The Apprentice – 3 role is focused on software product and platform development, where the selected candidate will work in an engineering environment prioritizing software quality, peer review, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The position covers both frontend and backend technologies, including Angular for frontend, and Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate for the backend stack. The role also introduces candidates to database technologies and modern development approaches such as microservices and Agentic AI tools. This offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of next-generation SaaS products and platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Contribute to the development of next-generation SaaS products and platforms.
  • Software Quality: Develop high-quality software products.
  • Process Improvement: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of formal software development processes.
  • Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews as part of the development workflow.
  • Rapid Development: Work effectively within rapid development cycles and tight schedules.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with QA and product management teams.
  • Best Practices: Follow engineering best practices for developing high-quality products.
  • Team Contribution: Contribute ideas to improve team productivity, job satisfaction and code quality.
  • Frontend Development: Use Angular for frontend development.
  • Backend Development: Use Core Java for software development.
  • Spring Ecosystem: Work with Spring, Spring Boot microservices, Spring MVC and Hibernate.
  • Database Interaction: Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Skill Application: Apply knowledge gained through full-stack software development training.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Science, IT, Computing or an equivalent field. Candidates should have completed Full Stack Software Development training.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Angular and completion of relevant training.
  • Knowledge of Core Java and completion of relevant training.
  • Knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot.
