Job Description

For the Virtusa Recruitment 2026 drive, the team is looking for a seasoned Fullstack Developer who is an expert in UI development using Angular, HTML, and CSS. A solid foundation in object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns is crucial for structuring scalable web applications. A significant portion of this role focuses on mobile application development. You will be tasked with building and maintaining cross-platform iOS and Android applications utilizing modern hybrid technologies such as Ionic Capacitor or Cordova.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • UI Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance user interfaces using Angular, HTML, and CSS.
  • Hybrid Mobile App Development: Develop and deploy iOS and Android mobile applications utilizing hybrid frameworks like Ionic Capacitor or Apache Cordova.
  • Software Architecture: Apply strong object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns to ensure code reusability and maintainability.
  • API Integration: Seamlessly integrate RESTful web services and external APIs into both web and mobile applications.
  • Collaboration: Work within cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end fullstack solutions tailored to client requirements.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: Must possess a B.E or B.Tech qualification.

Experience: Experienced software professionals (not an entry-level fresher role).

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Expert-level proficiency in UI development using Angular, HTML, and CSS
  • Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design patterns
  • Hands-on experience in iOS and Android mobile application development using hybrid technologies such as Ionic Capacitor or Cordova

Competencies:

  • Experience integrating APIs with a robust understanding of RESTful web services (Highly Preferred)
