Job Description
For the VISA Off Campus Drive 2026, the team is looking for dedicated Software Engineers to join the Product Reliability Engineering team. You will be instrumental in building Agentic Solutions using advanced LLM models (Anthropic, OpenAI) and Deep Learning solutions for real-time transactions scaling to 100K+ TPS. The ideal candidate will push the boundaries of traditional solutions, "hacking" beyond the status quo to build modern services. You will work on systems that ensure 99.9999% reliability and prevent real-time challenges in a rapidly evolving fintech environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Agentic AI Development: Build solutions using tools like Cline, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Power Automate.
- Scale & Reliability: Design code and systems that operate at a global scale, handling petabytes of data and high transaction volumes.
- Microservices: Develop and deploy microservices using HTTP, REST, and JSON.
- Innovation: Collaborate to pilot new technology capabilities (GenAI, new backend/frontend tech) that enhance customer experience.
- System Reliability: Contribute to product reliability improvements and new operations flows in agile squads.
- Collaboration: Work with Product, Test, DevOps, and Agile-Scrum teams to interpret and address project requirements.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline (2024/2025 graduates).
Experience: 1–2 years of work experience in Software Development.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in at least one language: Java, Python, Go, Scala, C#, or .Net.
- Experience with Microservices, REST, and JSON.
- Exposure to Agentic AI solutions (Cline, Claude, Copilot).
- Knowledge of Relational/NoSQL databases and streaming platforms like Kafka.
- Proficient in GIT-Stash, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD automation.
