Operating out of Bangalore and Hyderabad, the program targets students with expected graduation dates in 2028.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Participation: Actively participate in the formal internship program, engaging with workshops and low-complexity technical initiatives.
- Learning: Attend structural classroom training, manage self-study assignments, and participate in broader networking events.
- Issue Resolution: Review fundamental technical issues, internal policies, or operational procedures, resolving low-risk tasks and deliverables efficiently.
- Guidance: Work under the direction of a supervisor, exercising sound judgment within defined parameters while establishing an understanding of compliance and operational functions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate and relay technical information to managers, functional colleagues, and internal or external stakeholders as applicable.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech). Expected graduation date should fall strictly between March 2028 and August 2028. Availability for the Summer Internship timeline spanning from May 2027 to August 2027.
Experience: Minimum of 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: prior internships, intensive training programs, military experience, or relevant educational projects.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong programming foundation in modern languages such as Java, C#, SQL, and Python.
- Solid foundational understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Competencies:
- Excellent logical, analytical, and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Good spoken and written English skills to efficiently communicate complex technical concepts.
