Job Description
The purpose of the Graduate Engineer Trainee role is to be responsible for configuring and maintaining the software and other technological aspects of projects being run for Wipro clients. You will work closely with business units to analyze, design, and deliver configuration solutions that align with evolving business needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist In The Configuration: Assist in the configuration of applications based on specific client requirements.
- Collate Configuration Requirements: Collate configuration requirements from various functions/BUs/SLs and obtain necessary approvals from business owners.
- Plan And Execute: Plan and execute assigned configuration tasks accurately within strict deadlines.
- Provide Ongoing System: Provide ongoing system configuration support tailored to changing business needs.
- Assist The Core: Assist the core team in system analysis, architectural design, development, and testing activities.
- Provide Support In: Provide support in developing, implementing, and thoroughly testing patch releases and scheduled system upgrades.
- Maintain The Configuration: Maintain the configuration archive ensuring 100% compliance with established standards and procedural guidelines.
- Make Strategic Changes: Make strategic changes to existing configuration processes as requested by clients, maintaining proper log documentation.
- Analyze And Resolve: Analyze and resolve identified configuration issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- MIS Management, Reporting & Backend Support: Prepare Daily and Monthly status reports on key configuration parameters as required by the client and internal stakeholders.
- Handle All Documentation: Handle all documentation and reporting aligned with client-specific configuration standards.
- Ensure Issue Resolution: Ensure issue resolution in the minimum possible time concerning any modification or change requested by the client.
- Delivery, Quality & CSAT Expectations: Ensure smooth Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
- Guarantee 100% Error-free: Guarantee 100% error-free onboarding, seamless implementation, high throughput %, and strict adherence to the project schedule.
- Focus On On-Time: Focus on On-Time Delivery and efficient troubleshooting of all queries.
- Drive Excellent Customer: Drive excellent Customer Experience and ensure completion of all assigned internal certifications for skill upgradation.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Candidates should possess a B.E or B.Tech degree in a relevant technical field.
Experience: 0 of hands-on experience or exceptional internship experience in software testing, particularly with Android OS testing environments.
