Job Description
Wipro is actively hiring freshers for the Trainee position at their Noida office. This is a brilliant opportunity for B.E, B.Tech, and MCA graduates from the 2025 batch to start their professional careers in the IT sector. The role primarily revolves around configuring and testing Wipro’s Proprietary Total Benefit Administration System to meet specific client requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Configuration & Testing: Responsible for configuring and testing the Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration System to meet specific client requirements.
- System Setup: Utilizing proprietary systems and tools to set up and adjust tables and parameters within the Wipro System, guided by detailed analysis.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E / B.Tech / MCA. Target Batch: 2025 Passed out only.
Experience: Freshers. Candidates must be willing to sign a 12-Month service agreement.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Fundamental knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SAS, and Mainframes principles/concepts
- Proficiency in writing both simple and complex intermediate SQL Queries
- Ability to apply basic relational database concepts, including table relationships, keys, and DB2 queries
- A clear understanding of system testing and software quality assurance (QA) best practices and methodologies
Competencies:
- Familiarity with the principles of automation testing is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills: the ability to break down complex problems into smaller, manageable pieces and understand their relationships
- Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills
- Ability to share information and speak/write concisely
- Excellent understanding of organizational goals and objectives
- A highly self-motivated individual who is an excellent team player
- Willingness to take full ownership and responsibility for assigned work
