Job Description
YASH Technologies has announced its latest hiring drive through the YASH Technologies Recruitment 2026 window, opening applications for the position of Associate Business Analyst . This opportunity is well-suited for graduates with a B.E/B.Tech or any relevant degree who have at least 1+ years of experience, particularly in logistics, supply chain, or operations support. The role is available across multiple tech hubs, including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, and Indore.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Transportation Arrangements: Ensure transportation arrangements are executed efficiently by booking and managing loads within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Shipment Monitoring: Monitor shipment lifecycles, load boards, and team mailboxes to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with customers and receivers.
- Data Entry: Handle data entry, load creation, and updates within logistics systems accurately.
- Exception Management: Perform exception management, resolving both standard and knowledge-based issues proactively.
- Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone, providing timely and professional updates.
- Customer Calls: Facilitate customer calls, provide shipment status updates, and proactively address potential risks.
- SOP Maintenance: Maintain, document, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Reporting: Generate, validate, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Data Reconciliation: Perform reconciliation of shipment and operational data across various reports and systems.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (operations, customers, carriers) to ensure smooth execution.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and operational efficiency enhancements.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Must possess a B.E/B.Tech or Any Degree
Experience: 1+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations support roles
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong data entry and data management skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, reporting)
- Hands-on experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar logistics tools
- Ability to manage operational workflows, track shipments, and coordinate loads effectively
- Good understanding of logistics processes, including shipment planning, scheduling, and execution
- Prior experience in the Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportation domains (Desirable)
- Exposure to EDI concepts and formats such as X12, XML, and Flat Files (Desirable)
- Familiarity with load boards, shipment tracking tools, and reporting dashboards (Desirable)
- SAP exposure is a distinct advantage (Desirable)
