Job Description
ZS Associates is hiring Business Technology Solutions Associates for 2026 across its Indian hubs: Noida, Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurgaon, and Pune. This role is open to freshers and experienced professionals (0-3+ years) with strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and Python. Associates will bridge complex business needs with technology, analyzing problems, translating them into technical designs, and implementing scalable, efficient features. The role involves applying development methodologies like Agile or Waterfall, conducting unit testing and embedded QA procedures, and collaborating with development teams to interpret business requirements. Additionally, associates will leverage AI Copilots for SQL generation and code optimization, and explore Big Data concepts on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in CS, IT, Business Analytics, or MIS is required, along with RDBMS concepts, SQL, and Python proficiency. Strong communication and willingness to travel are also essential.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Solution Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and client teams to shape high-quality technology solutions.
- Problem Analysis and Design: Analyze complex business problems and translate them into robust technical designs.
- Feature Implementation: Design and implement features using SQL and Python best practices.
- Development Methodologies: Apply Agile development methodologies, including unit testing and system integrated testing.
- Development Support: Support the development phase of client engagements with effective problem-solving.
- Requirement Implementation: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- AI Productivity Tools: Utilize AI productivity tools and SQL generation frameworks to accelerate delivery.
- Project Planning Guidance: Provide guidance to team members on comprehensive project implementation plans.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in CS, IT, Business Analytics, or MIS.
Experience: 0-3+ years of relevant experience in delivering technology solutions.
