Job Description
ZS Associates is officially hiring for the Business Technology Solutions Associate position across its major Indian hubs, including Noida, Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurgaon, and Pune. This recruitment drive is open to both freshers and experienced professionals (0-3+ years) who possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and Python. As a Business Technology Solutions Associate, you will be a key link between ZS internal teams and global clients, analyzing intricate business problems and translating them into high-quality technical designs. You will design and implement technical features using industry best practices, ensuring solutions are scalable and efficient, and apply various development methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Solution Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and client teams to shape high-quality technology solutions.
- Problem Analysis: Analyze complex business problems and translate them into robust technical designs.
- Feature Implementation: Design and implement features using SQL and Python best practices.
- Methodology Application: Apply Agile development methodologies, including unit testing and system integrated testing.
- Development Support: Support the development phase of client engagements with effective problem-solving.
- Requirement Interpretation: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Productivity Tools: Utilize AI productivity tools and SQL generation frameworks to accelerate delivery.
- Guidance: Provide guidance to team members on comprehensive project implementation plans.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in CS, IT, Business Analytics, or MIS.
Experience: 0-3+ years of relevant experience in delivering technology solutions. Freshers welcome.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- RDBMS concepts
