Job Description
The team is looking for a Webflow-Based Web Developer Intern to help build and maintain pages and components. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role where you will learn by shipping real work. You will translate design inputs from Figma into highly responsive Webflow pages. You will focus heavily on site optimization, improving page speed, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and SEO. Additionally, you will integrate third-party tools like analytics, forms, and marketing automation embeds to support live marketing campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Web Development: Build and update responsive web pages in Webflow based on Figma or other design inputs.
- CMS Management: Maintain and enhance Webflow CMS collections, including structuring dynamic pages and templates.
- Design Systems: Implement reusable components and design systems within Webflow (symbols, components, style guides).
- Site Optimization: Assist with optimizing page speed, accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser QA.
- SEO & Integrations: Support SEO best practices (metadata, alt text, redirects) and help integrate third-party tools (analytics, chat widgets).
- Maintenance: Fix layout issues, bugs, and content inconsistencies to keep pages clean and well-structured.
- Collaboration: Document changes, contribute to web ops workflows, and collaborate with marketing/design to publish landing pages for product updates and events.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: Final-year student or recent graduate in BCA, MCA, BSc, or B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Experience: Freshers. (A portfolio, GitHub projects, or past web development internship experience is highly preferred).
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Webflow (projects, components, CMS, publishing workflow).
- Solid fundamentals in HTML, CSS , and responsive design principles.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript to add small scripts or integrations.
- Comfortable with basic web concepts like domains, hosting, and DNS.
Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail (spacing, alignment, typography), ability to iterate quickly based on feedback, and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
