Job Description

Zycus is hiring for the position of AI Intern, intended for 2025 and 2026 graduates or final-year students with 0–1 year of experience in AI/ML projects or internships. As an AI Intern at Zycus, candidates will work on real-world AI and Machine Learning projects, assist in developing intelligent applications, and collaborate with engineering and product teams. The internship provides exposure to AI tools, data processing, model development and deployment, as well as current Generative AI technologies. The internship will run for six months and will involve assisting in building intelligent applications and working alongside developers and product teams, offering practical exposure to taking AI concepts from experimentation toward usable applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Model Development: Assist in developing and deploying AI and Machine Learning models.
• Data Processing: Work on data preprocessing, cleaning and analysis.
• Solution Support: Support the development of NLP, computer vision or Generative AI solutions.
• Research: Research new AI technologies, frameworks and tools.
• Optimization: Help optimize model performance and accuracy.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering and product teams on AI-driven features.
• Documentation: Prepare project documentation, reports and presentations.

Skills and Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech graduate or final-year student. Only 2025 or 2026 graduates are eligible.

Experience: 0–1 year of experience in AI/ML projects or internships.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts.
• Basic understanding of Deep Learning concepts.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Exposure to libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn or Pandas.
• Knowledge of APIs.
• Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Understanding of Generative AI or Large Language Models is an advantage.
