Job Description
As an AI Intern at Zycus, you will work on real-world AI and Machine Learning projects for a six-month duration, assisting in developing intelligent applications. This hybrid role, available in Mumbai/Bangalore, provides exposure to AI tools, data processing, model development and deployment, as well as current Generative AI technologies. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, contributing to AI-driven features for procurement processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- AI/ML Model Support: Assist in developing and deploying AI and Machine Learning models.
- Data Handling: Work on data preprocessing, cleaning and analysis.
- Solution Development: Support the development of NLP, computer vision or Generative AI solutions.
- Technology Research: Research new AI technologies, frameworks and tools.
- Model Optimization: Help optimize model performance and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering and product teams on AI-driven features.
- Documentation: Prepare project documentation, reports and presentations.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech graduate or final-year student. Only 2025 or 2026 graduates are eligible.
Experience: 0–1 year of experience in AI/ML projects or internships.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts
- Basic understanding of Deep Learning concepts
- Familiarity with Python
- Exposure to libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn or Pandas
- Knowledge of APIs
- Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Understanding of Generative AI or Large Language Models is an advantage
