Rezol is a career infrastructure platform that provides the following services:
- Resume Builder: Create, host, and share professional resumes and portfolios via unique URLs
- Salary Intelligence: Access compensation data, market benchmarks, and offer evaluation tools
- Jobs Platform: Browse and apply to verified job listings from companies and startups
- Campus Jobs: Access off-campus drives, internships, and entry-level positions for students
- HR & Hiring Tools: Post jobs, search candidates, manage applications, and access hiring resources
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Separate account types may exist for job seekers, students, and employers.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including resume data, job postings, and company information. By using Rezol, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you publish.
5. Salary Data & Compensation Information
Salary data and compensation benchmarks provided on Rezol are for informational purposes only. We aggregate data from verified sources but do not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Users should conduct their own research and not rely solely on Rezol data for compensation decisions.
6. Job Listings & Applications
Rezol displays job listings from employers, verified partners, and aggregated third-party sources. While we make efforts to verify listings and remove fraudulent postings, we cannot guarantee the authenticity or legitimacy of every opportunity.
⚠️ Important Safety Guidelines:
- Never pay money to apply for a job, process an application, or secure a position
- Never share sensitive information such as bank account details, Aadhaar, PAN, or passwords during initial application stages
- Be cautious of offers that sound too good to be true or require upfront payments for training, equipment, or registration
- Verify the company independently through official websites and LinkedIn before proceeding
- Report suspicious listings to our support team immediately
Rezol is not responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions, hiring outcomes, employer conduct, or any losses incurred from job scams. Job applications are processed according to the employer's own hiring practices.
7. Employer & HR Responsibilities
Employers using Rezol's HR tools agree to comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Job postings must be accurate and non-discriminatory. Employers are responsible for their own hiring decisions and candidate communications.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Post fake job listings or scam opportunities
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Distribute malware or harmful content
- Scrape or harvest data without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
9. Intellectual Property
The Rezol name, logo, and all related graphics, designs, and software are the property of Rezol. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee job placements, salary outcomes, or hiring results.
11. Limitation of Liability
Rezol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, incorrect salary data, or hiring decisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
